• We are seeking a Legal Support Specialist for our Sales Department. • The receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. • This position involves managing the front desk and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with the company. • The Receptionist will greet visitors: determine the purpose of each visit and interact with prospective clients via telephone and email to help retain the potential client in need of legal representation. • This position will require direct communication with visitors, clients, and attorneys. • The receptionist must have the ability to work quickly and accurately to document client information. • Successful candidates in this role will be empathetic, comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and excited to learn.
