• Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centered around: - Strategy & planning: -> Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales targets, develop customer profiles, identify potential customers, research customer challenges, and maintain an accurate database. - Campaign & content execution: -> Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads) to boost sales, engagement, leads, brand awareness, and revenue. -> Segment audiences using data, tailor messages and optimize campaigns for set objectives. -> Conduct A/B testing to exceed targets; collaborate with digital specialists for content and landing pages. -> Create evergreen content for digital channels, manage the online sales funnel, and qualify leads. -> Analyze campaign results to enhance future effectiveness continually. - Reporting & analytics -> Maintain reports on sales, leads, and campaign performance. Set and communicate KPI benchmarks. -> Drive improvements and monitor competitors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, online retail experience or B2B events preferred. • Experience in digital marketing campaigns and/or online content, with an understanding of campaign performance tracking, execution best practices, and data-driven marketing tactics. • IT skills: Google Analytics, PPC, marketing copywriting. • Excellent communication skills and Critical thinking and analytical abilities
