• Responsibilities in this job will vary however, they will be mostly centred around: - Strategy & planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to set sales targets, develop customer profiles, identify potential customers, research customer challenges, and maintain an accurate database. - Campaign & content execution: Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads) to boost sales, engagement, leads, brand awareness, and revenue. - Reporting & analytics: Maintain reports on sales, leads, and campaign performance. Set and communicate KPI benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, online retail experience or B2B events preferred. • Experience in digital marketing campaigns and/or online content, with an understanding of campaign performance tracking, execution best practices, and data-driven marketing tactics. • IT skills: Google Analytics, PPC, marketing copywriting. • Excellent communication skills and Critical thinking and analytical abilities
