• As Business Development Director for Media Owners, you will lead the charge in establishing partnerships with the region's top media organisations. • Reporting directly to the Head of UK and Northern Europe, you will build and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at major media owners. • You will also develop and implement collaborative business strategies that drive mutual growth and promote the wider adoption of their sustainable media solutions. • Your expertise in navigating complex organisations, recognising high-value opportunities, and devising innovative approaches will be crucial as you work with media owners to present their green offerings to brands and agencies, assisting their efforts to decarbonise their marketing.
• An inherent interest in sustainability and alignment with Scope3’s mission and corporate culture, contributing positively to our team dynamics and organisational ethos • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales / partnerships, with a proven track record of consistently achieving commercial revenue targets as both an individual contributor and sales / business development leader • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and media owner, brand, and media agency business models • An established network of senior-level relationships with top-tier media owners in the region • Strong analytical capabilities, both strategic and creative, with the ability to apply this insight to drive business growth • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating Scope3’s value proposition and inspiring stakeholders • Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop diverse and high-performing teams • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across different functions, demonstrating a deep curiosity about global business dynamics and an aptitude for understanding regional and cultural nuances • Agility and openness to the challenges of scaling a new business, with a comfortable approach to risk, uncertainty, and ambiguity
