Description

• Partner with other business functions to gather inputs for and provide appropriate challenge to the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts. • Develop and maintain analytical models that help us explain and test the company’s business plan. • Help the company track progress against monthly and yearly plans, driving insights and - where relevant - actions to correct course and/or maximise opportunities. • Assist in the preparation of Board papers and investor reporting. • Opportunity to work on transaction-related projects

Requirements

• You are passionate about technology and social impact, and want to help build a business that delivers a meaningful difference to society. • You value transparency, honesty and integrity and take responsibility for your actions. • You have demonstrable quantitative skills and great attention to detail. • You are comfortable with change and can quickly adapt to new situations. • You have an open mind, a can-do attitude and the ability to turn constructive feedback into meaningful actions. • You are extremely organised, pragmatic and deadline oriented. • You are a team player and a general problem solver. • You are excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. • You have 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in an FP&A function at a high growth company or a consumer lender. • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject with a strong academic performance. • You are very comfortable working in Excel and preferably also in the Google suite, including Google Sheets.
