• As a content editor in the Financial Services team, you will be overseeing digital content across a variety of channels and brands, creating and owning initiatives that drive audience growth and build deeper relationships with consumers and small businesses. • You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful content experiences.
• Experience in the SME space - market knowledge and expertise, working with or in an environment with SMEs, startups, sole traders or small businesses (experience in the Financial Service Industry would be advantageous) • Existing experience with or willingness to learn media training to become a spokesperson for Financial Services and SME • Proven experience delivering compelling content across various formats in a digital environment including long-form editorial, short-form website copy, email campaigns and social media posts • Experience writing high-quality, engaging copy that’s mobile-first and optimised for SEO • Confident writing UX copy; familiar with user journeys, wireframes and transactional content • Experience with content management systems and online publishing • Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices • Proven ability to manage and execute content campaigns and deliver to a deadline • Working knowledge of Google Analytics including basic data analysis and experience reporting on content metrics and KPIs to stakeholder • Rich content creation skills (video, infographics) and experience turning copy into compelling visuals
