• As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to support our growth and profitability. As we continue to grow and target new markets, you will have the opportunity to: • Perform financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support decision-making at both strategic and operational levels. • Develop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of various business scenarios and initiatives. • Analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare insightful reports and presentations that communicate financial performance and key findings. • Assist in the development of the annual budget and long-term financial planning. • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the company's financial performance and business strategies. • Conduct research and market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within a SaaS or technology-focused company. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial software with experience modeling large volumes of data including pivot tables and complex formulas. • Solid understanding of financial principles and concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and every changing environment. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
