Description

• Drive sales and retention for a portfolio of accounts on a seafood trading platform. • Achieve sales and retention targets for a portfolio of new customers. • Engage daily with customers to understand their needs and provide feedback to the business. • Utilize phone, email, and WhatsApp to communicate with customers in France and Belgium. • Address and resolve issues such as changes to orders or delivery delays. • Rapidly develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• You have previous sales experience working with SMB or mid-market clients. • You enjoy working towards ambitious targets and understand the activity required to reach these goals. • You have a high level of resilience to handle pressure and maintain a positive demeanour. • You're an excellent communicator in English and French. • You can swiftly develop relationships and understand customer needs.
