Description
• Lead a team of software engineers to build and maintain products utilizing C++ and .NET. • Work hands-on with engineers to deliver solutions. • Define objectives and key results for the Core Security team, devise plans to meet the objectives, and communicate those via roadmaps to technical leadership. • Collaborate with Product Management and Production team members to define scope and requirements, and schedule future team projects. • Collaborate with teams from other disciplines to integrate systems into the wider architecture. • Demonstrate expert technical knowledge that can be used to guide and mentor the Core Security team to solve complex problems. • Conduct performance reviews for the Core Security team engineering members, including regular check-ins to assess progress and re-align where necessary.
Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of professional engineering experience. • Minimum of 3 years leading an engineering team. • A degree in computer science or equivalent. • Excellent communication skills as a core member of an internationally based team, with a proven ability to develop and maintain good relations and communicate with team members at all levels. • A strong sense of ownership, with a proactive nature, and a drive to accomplish objectives and drive a team to success.
