Description
• Directly managing delivery partners in the region • Scaling global partner activities • Advising partners and collaborating with EMEA Operations • Nurturing partner relationships • Internal influencing • Contribution to global best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience • Experience from a high growth company • Demonstrated strong ability to manage partner relations and steer change • Outstanding people skills • Fluent in English, fluency in German a plus • Self-starter attitude • Comfortable with continuous change • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% • Ability to work in London or Wiesbaden office at least 2 days per week
