• Deliver administrative support to the People and Culture team • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting adverts, coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers • Support the pre-employment and new starter processes • Maintain employee records on various internal systems, including our HR platform Bob • Support the administration of employee benefits • Providing administrative and coordination support for various organisational projects • Support with research when we are looking at new initiatives and projects • Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation • Identify ways for us to be more autonomous in our approach considering AI • Act as a point of contact for colleague queries, especially in the office, including managing the shared People and Culture internal ticketing system • Work on operational HR activities with the Director of People and Culture to ensure we are running an effective and efficient function
• No formal HR qualifications are required • 5 GCSE’s Grade 4 and above, including English and Maths (or equivalent) • Competent in the digital environment and IT systems. We use Google Suite, Monday.com, Zendesk, and others • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Experience working in an administrative or supportive role • A passion for people, and a keen interest in building a successful career in HR • Willingness to learn and develop, and get stuck in • A positive mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach • Ability to manage work confidentially and diplomatically • Well organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage expectations effectively • A collaborative approach to work and interest in contributing to team goals
