• As a Project Coordinator for BCN Group, you’ll be part of the PMO function • Work closely with project engineers to efficiently support in the fulfilment of client projects • Maintain and improve the overall effectiveness of coordinating projects • Ensure efficient progress of projects and provide problem resolution to optimise efficiency
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role • Experience of diary management or scheduling would be highly desirable • Ability to prioritise conflicting workload and schedules in line with the business and customer needs • Demonstrate a very high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrate a ‘Can-Do’ attitude • Be an excellent and confident communicator • Proficient in all Microsoft packages – intermediate/advanced user in word and excel • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
