Description
• Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, provide stock management and administrative support to the purchasing team • Accept deliveries of kit, receipting and asset tag management • Stock Management Office management including facilitating office maintenance, managing post and welcoming guests • Visiting our other offices from time-to-time to maintain company standard stock practices • Purchasing of hardware, licenses, software and any other customer needs • Ensure Purchase Orders are correct prior to sending to suppliers • Obtain order tracking, licensing, and other information from 3rd parties • Query anomalous invoices with suppliers
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a stock management role is an advantage • Full UK driving license • Experience within the IT industry is a bonus, but not required • Good skills with the Microsoft package; Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams • Excellent written English and communication skills • Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Self-starting with the ability to approach and resolve challenges • Ability to learn new skills quickly including adopting new processes and technology • Able to think on your feet and adapt to different situations • High attention to detail and accuracy • Possess great organisational and time management skills • Team mentality • Comfortable to move kit within the office space, using the appropriate kit provided
