Description
• As a Front-end Engineer on the Inbox team, you will play a crucial role in developing Proton's most vital services, including Mail, Calendar, and Contacts. We expect you to be customer-centric, continuously learning, passionate about technology and usability. You are adept at turning technical complexities into seamless user experiences. Effective teamwork, collaboration with Product, Design, APIs, and your team, and data-driven decision-making are essential aspects of this role. • In the Inbox organization, we believe that a psychologically safe environment is critical to fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth. Requirements
• 6+ years of professional software development using JavaScript ES6+ or TypeScript. • 3+ years of experience with React or 2+ similar frameworks, developing performant and reusable components. • Deep understanding of JavaScript methodologies and design patterns. • Familiarity with best practices for ensuring code quality, including CI/CD. • Experience with writing automated tests for your code. • A product mindset with a focus on offering the best user experiences. • Experience working in a distributed team. • Able to work from the office (70%)
