• Extensive experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and media buying. • Proven track record managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. • Strong platform expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. • Excellent skills in Excel for data analysis. • Experience with CMS and building landing pages. • Experience driving positive ROI through paid media campaigns. • Experience in automation and basic coding is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English), another language is a plus. • Ability to convey complex data insights clearly. • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
