Description
• Responding to our client's employee support requests • Providing regular training to platform users • Roll out of new features/modules to users • Adding, removing, updating user access and managing coverage • Data validation and data provider management • Manage report distributions • Ad Hoc report requests for senior leaders • Feedback of new analysis/features • Access to our client's network with a dedicated client email address • Internal corporate training in conjunction with the client
Requirements
• Experience in Business Intelligence Analysis and Project Management • Experience in Travel, Expense or Payments • Strong SQL, Agile, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to anticipate upcoming issues and working out potential solutions • Proven record in challenging and motivating others alongside a technical understanding of infrastructure components and software development processes • Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who can work collaboratively with our Client and PredictX teams to provide exceptional service and value to our clients • You will be required to work in the PredictX London office (close to Victoria Station) and at the client's office (close to Canary Wharf)
