• Support SPM on key product developments and projects. • Develop market/customer information gathering and combining it with information from the Market Intel team. • Develop, adopt and advocate the product management process. • Support the PM team on projects and initiatives. • Support SPMs on developing product life cycle strategies. • Ensure successful launch and commercialisation of products. • Support business case justification. • Enable a go-to-market for new products. • Increase the profitability of products. • Support and maintain product success and range management.
• Degree or higher in a relevant subject. • Experience in a similar commercial role (in the RFID/ Semiconductor industry is desirable). • B2B Industry knowledge/ experience (Desirable) • Good verbal, written and computer communication skills. • Presentation abilities (in front of customers and the market/ key opinion leaders. • Market engagement skills and the ability to gain insight into the customers’ needs and experiences. • Collaboration skills. • Self- motivated with a high attention to detail. • Capable of balancing and meeting multiple project demands. • Experience and training in sales and/or marketing/product management. • Experience with Excel, SharePoint, CRM systems, Teams and/or Jira (desirable). • Ability to work autonomously (desirable).
