Description

• Help with and produce monthly management accounts • Balance sheet account reconciliations and nominal journals • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax authorities across EU • Company Tax Returns (including VAT) • Maintain fixed asset registers • Help with budgets and forecasts • Produce year end accounts including detailed schedules • Work with the department to ensure financial accuracy and systems are maintained • Liaise and communicate with Directors and senior managers of the Inizio business • Communicate with Inizio Group Finance • Represent department/company at internal/external meetings • Ensure companywide understanding of VAT rules including running training sessions • Maintain accounting knowledge following industry standards to ensure we are complaint and therefore mitigating risk

Requirements

• Experience in a Management Accountant role is necessary • Fully qualified or towards near completion of a professional accountancy qualification(ACCA or CIMA) • Must be numerate, literate and quick to learn. • Experience making informed decisions • Experience working in a time constraint organisation • Experience persuading and collaborating with senior partners • Experience taking advantage of any opportunities that present themselves to improve service levels • Experience in leadership and autonomy • Have a high level of Microsoft Excel skills • Can hold confidential information and know where and when to share • Translate financial terminology into clear forms
