Description
• Manage and lead transactions involving project management and client interactions • Liaise with transaction stakeholders including opposing advisors and legal teams • Support transaction strategy and negotiations • Commercial analysis of businesses and preparation of marketing materials • Financial analysis including valuations and assessing financial impacts • Build and maintain relationships with the M&A community • Support junior team members and analyze industry trends • Participate in CF team’s strategy and direction
Requirements
• ACA, CFQ or ACCA qualified • Experience within M&A from a reputable IB / CF Boutique / Professional Services firm • Strong commercial and financial acumen • Proven time and project management skills • Spreadsheet/modelling experience with analytical mind • Exceptional communication skills • Team player with a desire to be involved in business development • Strong desire to progress and develop your career
