Description
• Assisting in identifying prospective clients and preparing documentation. • Assistance in drafting letters and reports to external stakeholders. • Preparing documentation to facilitate payment of goods and services provided. • Depositing client funds. • Preparing payment requisition forms to generate payment of invoices. • Inputting data into specialist software. • Attending client premises to retrieve books and records. • General administrative duties such as photocopying and filing.
Requirements
• 5 GCSEs grade C and above. • 3 A-levels grade C and above. • Ideally work experience in a customer-facing role. • Ideally a good understanding of Excel. • Strong communication skills.
