Description
• Conduct analysis of and understand business objectives and existing processes. • Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyse, document and clearly communicate their business requirements in line with project scope and timescales. • Investigate and propose business solutions. Advise and contribute to development ideas and opportunities for improvement. • Operate across full project lifecycle, from new idea through to implementation, contributing to project proposal, scope definition, and planning the business analysis deliverables.
Requirements
• Experience working directly with an Investments Front Office - capturing new requests, quickly understanding business needs, distilling into requirements that are easy to translate to other areas of the business • Cross asset product knowledge, ideally across Fixed Income and Derivatives • Full Trade lifecycle knowledge • Be able to manage multiple changes/requests simultaneously (business priorities can flex rapidly in this area) • Excellent verbal and written communication methods used to engage internal customers and achieve desired results. • A logical, analytical, and structured thinker, with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
