Furthermore, we expect that you have: • Working towards acquiring a bachelor’s or master's degree • Well versed in the fundamentals of marketing in a digital context. • Hugely positive, curious and pro-active • Have a genuine interest in learning and is proactively looking for ways to improve • Self-starter, motivated and organized. • Driven to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment • Excellent communication & presentation skills (spoken & written)
Requirements
• Your responsibility will be; • Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool. • Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind. • Learn how FirstMind position solutions to customers relevant to their business needs. • Providing creative initiatives to market FirstMind as human analytics tool of choice. • Ensuring marketing messages are consistent and relevant • Managing the content calendar and ensuring deadlines are respected • Advising on growth hacking opportunities • Social media planning and content management • Assistance in preparation of FirstMind Practitioner Course delivery • Delivering feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries • Initiating intro calls with CEOs, MDs and other key business stakeholders.
