• Actively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the EMEA region • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities • Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals • Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends • Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology industry • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
