• Support customers through Ohme’s installation process • Liaise with technical team and third-party installers to resolve queries • Ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction • Take inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a customer support role • Have worked with a CRM system such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom etc. • Experience dealing with technical queries and products • Experience working to and meeting support related KPIs
