🔄 Hybrid – Bristol
• The purpose of this role is to manage the roadmap and ensure delivery of key client and market priorities on our Asset Management product. As a Product Manager in our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product, contributing to the renewable energy industry's sustainability and growth. This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months initially with the possibility of being made permanent.
• Experience in agile software product management; from inception; requirement gathering and prioritization through to launch • Experience in managing a live evolving product, prioritizing feature requests from stakeholders and making value-driven decisions • Facilitation skills, and ability to gather requirements from meetings, technical specifications, and process flows • Stakeholder engagement skills and experience • Excellent communication skills showing the ability to summarize complex problems and recommend concise plans of action, translating for non-technical audiences • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in web technologies, and a willingness to get stuck into the technical detail of complex services and use cases • A passion for clean tech and a strong desire to contribute to the decarbonization of the planet • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in the renewable energy sector and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software is an advantage.
