Description
• We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Product and Design team and help shape the future of banking. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user insights into visually appealing, functional and user-friendly designs – making sure that what you’re creating always meets users’ needs. • Unique role working closely with the Director of Product Design and being part of different squads and across a variety of projects, depending on roadmap priorities.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer (or similar role), with a track record of delivering high-quality digital experiences (ideally in an agile environment) and a portfolio to match. • To be comfortable connecting strategic goals with exceptional design solutions while understanding technical feasibility and constraints. • Experience across the spectrum of product design, including running user research sessions and using feedback to guide your work, prototyping, and testing solutions, designing interfaces, and delivering high-fidelity designs for development. • To not only be familiar with product design but also service and motion design and be comfortable incorporating high-res prototyping into your work. • An expert in tools such as Figma, Sketchand/or the Adobe Suite. • A concrete understanding of and experience with Design Systems and Pattern Libraries.
