Description

• Ensure all Cleaning customers/contracts have a valid Purchase order in place • Ensure the Operational system is holding accurate customer information • Enforce the PO process and communicate with relevant departments • Take responsibility for managing the whole purchase order lifecycle • Manage the Additions and Reductions mailbox • Chase expiring purchase orders directly with customers • Escalate purchase orders issues to senior management • Provide stakeholders with regular update on the purchase order status

Requirements

• A proven track record working in a similar role • Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
