• Lead and support a team of Account Executives • Coach and develop Account Executives • Ensure AEs have sales tools and resources • Manage sales pipeline and maintain 4x coverage • Optimize sales processes and efficiency • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting
Requirements
• Sales Leadership Experience: 3+ years managing New Business Account Executives • Selling to Mid-Market & Enterprise: Experience with €30-100k deals to 500+ employee companies • High-Growth Experience: Part of a fast-paced tech company's sales team • Technical Sales Experience: Selling a technical product or to a technical persona • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of EMEA markets • Nice-to-have: Managing remote teams, larger deal experience, renewals and upgrades experience, Product-Led Growth familiarity, outbound sales expertise
