Description
• To build & deploy all email marketing campaigns. • To manage, plan and create the email marketing calendar. • Manage & optimise the day to day running of email marketing campaigns and automated emails. • Report campaign results and database growth back to a wider team. • Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Customer Insights team to develop a robust Global CRM program. • Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and tech teams to optimise the current Salesforce Marketing Cloud set up. • Manage the email marketing calendar, own the build and deployment of all email campaigns through our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. • Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop the email & CRM marketing strategy. • Work with the Global Marketing teams, local regional teams and Digital Marketing team to plan the global email marketing campaigns, including any translated, franchisee or partner requests. • Brief the Digital Designers and Copywriter on upcoming em...
Requirements
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience of planning & executing email marketing campaigns. • Experience of hands-on email campaign management, implementation and optimisation with ROI targets. • Web analytics, email platform reporting knowledge & presentation skills. • Excellent communications skills. • Strong knowledge of excel. • Experience working with email service platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud in particular). • A broad understanding and passion for marketing & customer journeys.
