Description
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion. • Apply your engineering knowledge to understand product development processes and technical requirements. • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. • Monitor project budgets and ensure costs are controlled. • Maintain high standards of project delivery by implementing quality control processes.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in project management with a strong technical background, preferably in a product development or manufacturing environment with proven experience of bringing physical products to market. • Proficient in project management software and tools (ideally Wrike or similar). • Experience with product development processes and technical requirements. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technical specifications. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organisational and time management abilities. • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams.
