Requirements
• Proven track record in leading IT and Security teams in a high-growth, technology-driven environment with a focus on operational maturity and employee satisfaction. • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, end-user computing, data management, and IT service management best practices. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a customer-centric IT team. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities. • Experience in strategic planning and execution, translating vision into reality while prioritising employee needs. • A passion for technology and a relentless drive to innovate and improve the employee experience.
