Description
• Location : United Kingdom (Full-time) • As the Business leader for Moniepoint GB - Payments, you will have overall accountability for leading and managing the product vision, strategy and roadmap for all of Moniepoint GB Payments products. You will take the perspective of “CEO of the product”, responsible for the market vision and development of our Payments products, as well as the general success of the business line.You will be charged with hiring and managing a team of product managers and engineers as well as collaborating with other teams; marketing, on-boarding and support teams to make the product a success. You will be expected to drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership, thoughtful analysis, and decisive action, as well as providing the overall vision for the product roadmap.
Requirements
• 10+ years experience in product development preferably in the financial/payment industry • Strong technical acumen with an engineering background. • Functional product expertise with mature understanding of payment systems, product life cycle strategies, design and execution. • Experience managing a PnL in a GM, product or founder type of role. • Experience working in fintech with strong knowledge of B2B payments. • Experience building a B2B FinTech business from its infancy to become a mature, market leading, exponential growth business
