Description

•Play an instrumental role in building the foundation for a large impactful business. •Develop Pioneering Compliance Policies: Create and enforce advanced AML, sanctions, and consumer protection compliance policies. •Leadership & Team Building: Building up and leading our high performing compliance, AML, financial crime and risk department. •Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and address financial, operational and reputational risks. •Cross functional collaboration: Work cross functionally and collaboratively with all team members. •Regulatory filings: Preparing and submitting all relevant regulatory filings. •Training and Audits: Prepare and deliver compliance training across the organization.

Requirements

•UK-Based Leadership: You are based in the UK and have held senior compliance roles within an EMI-licensed institution. •Fintech and Enterprise Risk Expertise: You have extensive experience in enterprise risk management within the fintech industry. •Regulatory and Compliance Proficiency: Proven track record in interpreting and implementing UK payments regulations. •Leadership and Team Building: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams. •Global Perspective: Experience in a global organization or a strong willingness to learn about compliance requirements. •Advanced Qualifications: Possession of advanced qualifications or professional certifications that enhance your expertise.
