• Collaborate with client practices to understand project requirements and objectives. • Ensure shared-service deliverables are accurately scoped to align with client expectations. • Develop a project approach, outlining key resources, milestones, risks, and outcomes. • Liaise with clients to gain deeper understanding of requirements. • Review non-standard pricing and sign off on commercials in collaboration with Operations team. • Continuously refine pricing strategies. • Review asset briefs and allocated resources planned for delivering assets. • Review progress of projects to ensure alignment with brief. • Manage client feedback and amendments. • Oversee internal quality control of the project and external proofreading. • Manage projects within budget and specified timelines. • Manage third-party deliveries. • Develop best practice approach and guidelines for pricing and execution of deliverables. • Research and recommend new services based on client requirements. • Identify new capabilities and resources to meet service demands. • Develop new service offerings based on client requirements. • Understand broader client requirements and recommend additional shared services.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within a creative agency or related industry. • Portfolio of Work: Demonstrated experience in managing successful projects, with a portfolio showcasing previous work. • Client Management: Proven experience in handling clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. • Cross-Functional Team Management: Experience in leading and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other creatives. • Media Production: Background in various forms of media production, such as video, print, digital, and social media campaigns. • Crisis Management: Experience in managing and mitigating crises or unexpected challenges during project execution.
