• Work closely with engineering, architecture, info-sec and product management to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality products. • Collaborate with Engineers on your team to carry out testing and other QA activities. • Develop and implement test automation. Coordinating and managing test environments to support test execution. • Work with QA team members in other teams to improve our company quality standards and best practices. • You will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality landscape of our products, advocating for QA improvements and building a quality first culture.
• Over 8 years in quality assurance with at least 2 years in a leadership role • Deep knowledge of a number of different testing tools and frameworks • Individuals who can quickly pick up domain knowledge and effectively up-skill on relevant topics where required • Experience in raising awareness of quality principles and best practices • Effective communication skills for collaboration with the team and stakeholders • A passion for delivering high quality products. • A high level of empathy for end users • A willingness to learn and a focus on personal growth
