• Develop and implement strategies to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement for our SaaS business. • Collaborate with the CEO, COO and the rest of the executive team to set targets and KPIs and lead the delivery of the member value proposition. • Driven execution of Membership strategies with assistance of assigned Project Managers and key support teams. • Develop and implement retention strategies to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. • Oversee and manage vendor budgets and costs related to the Membership platform. • Analyze membership performance data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, with particular focus on market penetration strategies, customer segmentation, pricing strategies and geographical expansion. • Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to membership management. • Identify and develop new membership benefits and services to add value for members. • Plan and host, webinars, and other engagement activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in SaaS business development, membership management, customer retention, or related roles. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful membership strategies. • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage cross-functional projects. • Experience in the education or certification industry is a plus.
