• As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimise processes, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your expertise in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualisation will be key in supporting our strategic goals and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.

Requirements

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems and derive meaningful insights from data. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Python for statistical analysis is a plus. • Data Visualisation Expertise: Proficient in creating data visualisations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all analyses and reports. • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. • Initiative & Ownership: Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Tools & Platforms: Experience with data analysis and visualisation with Looker, dbt and Snowflake is preferred.
