Description

• Working in a product team enabling a smooth app experience for tens of thousands of policies, ensuring that we provide customers with affordable, instant, and inclusive insurance • Manages and executes ambiguous technical solutions with appropriate sense of urgency to deliver impact within the team. • Creates and promotes efficiency and speed within the team by improving existing solutions and developing new ones. • Partners with stakeholders to understand requirements, build solutions, deliver functionality, write automation tests and build continuous delivery pipelines all the way through to deployment, monitoring and supporting these systems in production

Requirements

• 5+ years in iOS development with expertise in Swift (UIKit or preferably SwiftUI) • Experience in making an impact in cross-functional teams, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering • Proficient with Mobile CI tools (Bitrise, CircleCI, Jenkins) • Detail-oriented, making data-driven decisions and balancing speed with quality • Committed to writing maintainable code and useful tests • Ability to mentor other engineers and drive team wide improvements • Worked in a high growth start-up environment or product focused environment. • Can proactively identify and drive improvements that enable the team to move faster and improve quality
