• Would you like to be on the frontline in making customer-centric marketing, loyalty and CRM strategies more measurable for some of the world’s strongest brands? • You will work alongside our Strategy Consulting team of 15+ people in helping clients understand the potential and how to realize the ROI of their investments in digital marketing, loyalty and CRM. • Your work will create recommendations for executive management and support large-scale transformation within some of the biggest companies in the world. • More specifically, your tasks will include: • Developing value cases, measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPI reports. • Spearheading the creation of fresh and enhanced assets, tools, and materials, contributing to the advancement of the field. • Crafting and delivering captivating presentations, roadmaps, and guidance tailored for executive-level business audiences. • Leading workshops focused on discovering business value and strategic insights in collaboration with client stakeholders. • Promoting the adoption of a value engineering approach both within the organization and externally, among clients and potential prospects. • Supporting our client and growth team with account growth and new business development.
• 4-5 years of experience from a strategy consulting house or an in-house corporate strategy department is preferred, but if you have the right toolbox and mindset, we encourage you to apply anyway! • Strong analytical and financial skills and problem-solving abilities. • A relevant master's degree; preferably in business administration, strategy, marketing, finance or similar. • A demonstrated ability to work in complex environments with many stakeholders on a global level. • The ability to shift between working from a helicopter view down to the needy greedy details. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. • A prominent level of proficiency in the use of PowerPoint and Excel. • Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skills. • A high skill level of business case modelling.
