Description
•Provide excellent front of house support and confidential administrative support. •Manage reception including answering telephone and taking accurate messages. •Call parents/carers of absent children and send letters for absence. •Maintain pupil SIMS database, amend/update records and print reports. •Monitor and manage stock within an agreed budget and raise purchase orders.
Requirements
•18+ due to working with pupils up to 16 years old. •GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) required. •GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) required. •Excellent computer literacy: You’re comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. •Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and are comfortable working with data. •Great Communicator: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Excellent IT Skills: You have excellent computer skills including data input and generating reports etc.
