Description

• Business Administration Apprenticeship position at Forest Lodge Academy • Full apprenticeship combining paid work with formal training programme • Expected duration: 16 months • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard qualification

Requirements

• Minimum standard of GCSE (Grade A* - C) or equivalent in English and Maths • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including word, excel, outlook, power point and web based systems • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills & telephone manner • Good communication skills both oral & written • Reception duties both face to face and on the telephone to Parents, Carers and other callers to the school dealing with routine enquiries and giving advice • Good time management • Ability to work as a team effectively • The ability to prioritise workload working independently or work with others to meet deadlines
