Description

• Key member of the Human Resources team supporting HR functions. • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process. • Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. • Support the HR team in employee engagement initiatives. • Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs. • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives. • Assist with maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and support team members. • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new HR systems and software.
