• Own, oversee and execute design for all brand, advertising and marketing-related initiatives • Own brand expression—how Lightyear looks and feels visually • Define and create visually engaging work—including using Motion Design • Spearhead Brand Design, translating company mission into tangible visual elements • Lead design execution of all marketing campaigns and own brand assets
• 5+ years of proven experience working for brands and/or agencies, preferably in high-growth startups • Ability to balance strategic ideas with design craft • Expert in tools e.g. Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects) • Fluency with 3D tools and CSS/HTML/JavaScript is a plus • Extensive experience in producing engaging creative for brand advertising, editorial and social media • Exceptional at presenting work and internalizing feedback • Experience designing highly visual landing pages • Strong prioritisation and time-management skills • Understanding of the investment world is great, but a willingness to learn is a must
