Description

• Manage a small team of partnership managers • Own our product partnership strategy for all of Lightspeed’s Hospitality products • Lead a team focused on developing, managing, and supporting product integration partners across multiple point of sale and online ordering platforms • Close new partnerships, support existing partners, and drive strategic alignment across teams

Requirements

• 10 years working in partnerships in in the point of sale, payments, or hospitality SaaS space • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preference for fast-growth and global • Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business. • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners • Proven record of leading a diverse, high performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment • Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment; you share our values, and work in accordance with those values • Highly motivated and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and team-oriented environment
