Requirements
• Content leadership & team management. You have proven experience in leading and managing performance of a team of editors, setting goals and creating development plans. • Strong written/editorial skills, with a focus on SEO and a good understanding of user-focused copy and persuasion tactics. • Excellent prioritisation and project management skills, viewing tasks with an ROI lens and demonstrating the ability to measure, learn, and iterate for growth. • Data-driven content insights. You are experienced in analysing and reporting on content and SEO performance metrics, to drive performance through our strategy. • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimising content operations and production processes, with expertise in using CMS and best practice for content architecture. • Confident in collaborating with other disciplines in cross-functional teams, particularly SEO, design, and product teams.
