• Working closely with the CEO and Product team on sales strategy and growth. • Responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. • Establishing relationships with legal professionals and managing existing accounts. • Defining business’s KPIs and performing market behaviour analysis for strategies. • Coaching and mentoring sales personnel while fostering a collaborative team environment. • Monitoring brand trends and improving sales strategies through data-driven insights.
• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, law, or any other related field. • 3 years+ significant background in business development, sales, or account management within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. • Experience with standard Sales KPIs and levers that impact performance. • Comfort operating in a fast-paced and evolving, dynamic environment. • Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence. • Experience evaluating product/market situations and analysing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches. • Exceptional communication skills enabling effective communication between interactions with consumers and external partners. • A keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights coupled with outstanding planning & analytical capabilities.
