Description
• Monitoring and ensuring successful onboarding of new clients from implementation to everyday use of the platform, liaising with the Implementations, Product, and Data Teams • In-depth understanding of investment products and confidently speaking about various products’ performance and analytics on the platform • Identifying issues on the platform, communicating with relevant technical departments • Drawing conclusions from clients’ feedback for product utilization and customer experience • Being part of a new and growing team, making an impact on customer satisfaction • Actively engaging with clients and championing for new/partner opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field • 4-7 years of experience in doing technical analyses of financial products, or consultative account management of financial products with tech analysis • Strong Excel and financial analyses skills • Experience working in wealth/asset management or consulting for FS related businesses • Strong project management, retention, and cross-sell skills • Great listener anticipating clients' needs • Excellent at building relationships and influencing key partner stakeholders • Fluent/native in both English and French, any other European language is a plus
