Description

• Monitoring and ensuring successful onboarding of new clients • In-depth understanding of investment products and confidently speaking about various products' performance on Sesame platform • Identifying platform issues, root causes for client optimization challenges • Drawing conclusions from client feedback for product improvement • Developing and maintaining customer satisfaction framework • Actively engaging with clients, identifying and championing new opportunities

Requirements

• You have 4-7 years of experience doing technical analyses of financial products, or consultative account management of financial products with tech analysis • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field • Extremely strong in Excel and financial analyses • Experience working in wealth/asset management or consulting for FS related businesses • Strong project management, retention, and cross-sell skills • Great listener, anticipates clients' needs • Excellent at building relationships and influencing key partner stakeholders • Fluent/native in English, any other European language is a plus
