Description
• Instrumental in managing and executing financial crime compliance and monitoring programs • Update policies and procedures, providing expert advice on financial crime matters • Enhance financial crime-related management information and dashboards • Foster a culture of compliance across the bank
Requirements
• Manage and execute financial crime compliance and system monitoring programs • Update financial crime policies and procedures ensuring compliance to the UK regulatory framework • Assist in delivering business-wide risk assessments • Provide challenge, insight and feedback to 1LOD on financial crime best practices • Enhance and produce financial crime-related management information and dashboards • Scope and deliver high-quality Financial Crime Gap analysis • Complete horizon scanning and produce summary papers for senior stakeholders
