Description

• Identify and cultivate new apprenticeship clients • Generate interest using cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach • Lead client meetings to understand their requirements and deliver presentations • Ensure timely production of business proposals • Conduct briefings for apprenticeship learners and managers • Schedule regular service meetings to support clients and identify sales opportunities • Update and manage prospect and customer records in the company's CRM system

Requirements

• Experience working in business development is essential • A proven track record in building relationships and booking qualified appointments • Experience working in/with apprenticeship training providers is highly desired • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly form connections at all levels • A customer-orientated attitude with the ability to engage with a wide range of prospects and clients • Practical skills to deliver independently • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments • A professional, enthusiastic, organised, and driven approach to your work
